The summer speed camps are the highlight of what we offer here at St. X and really focus on making our athletes faster and more powerful while addressing stability, mobility and proper running and movement mechanics. There will be two sessions of three weeks available. Note this is open to the entire student body and not just freshmen specific but is encouraged for all those students looking to participate in a sport here at St. X. Spots are limited and fill up quickly so I suggest if the days and times fit into the young men’s summer schedule to decide sooner rather than later. I try to give the freshmen about a week head start on signing up before announcing the camps to the rest of the student body.
Session 1 will run June 13th to June 29th, 2017 on Tuesday/Thursday from 10-11 am on the St. X Track Field. Session 2 will run July 11th to July 27th, 2017 on Tuesday/Thursday from 10-11am on the St. X Track Field.
